oh patty - what a challenging experience. that's got so much of what any person would go ballistic over - loss of sight, needles, surgery - and yet you roll right through it all. it'd be cool to have a camera on the other side of your eye to see what you can see right now!!! get well fast. steven

Dear Patty, awful isn't it to have people poking around your eye - but wonderful that they caught the near-detachment in time. Really splendid actually. So glad there was an excellent doctor around when you needed him. How are the floaters now? Do hope things stabilize soon. Take care x
